HPM Homes tailors its models to fit your property and your ‘ohana. On Hawai‘i island, for example, homeowners in Volcano opted for the ‘Olu‘olu model, a two-bedroom, one-bath, ranch-style home pre-designed with 700 square feet of living space. ‘Olu‘olu can be constructed as a main residence or as an approved ADU; its versatile open floor plan, kitchen island and efficient 940-square-feet total footprint fit well in various environments.
The homeowners in Volcano worked with the HPM Homes and Design Center teams to select a custom combination of modern kitchen finishes with Akamai ‘Ilima cabinets in off-white, quartz countertops and matte black hardware. HPM supplied the foundation, framing, trusses, roofing, siding, drywall and doors, while Gilbert J. Aguinaldo of Pacific Rim Construction LLC completed the build.
